However, the absence of an elevator posed challenges, particularly for those with heavy luggage. Fortunately, the team managed to accommodate our needs by moving us to a lower floor promptly.

My experience was absolutely dreadful from start to finish! The noise from a water pipe outside my room was incessant, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To top it off, the plumbing issues were bothersome and caused constant frustration throughout my stay.

The room was very spacious, giving us a pleasant sense of comfort. The staff’s help with luggage storage and arranging a taxi was commendable.

Oh, Florence, how you spoil me! The breakfast spread was a delightful feast, from pastries to made-to-order coffee that kept me buzzing. And let’s not forget the charming staff, like Lorenzo whipping up delicious lattes each morning. Plus, they packed me a tasty lunch to take on my golf day at Le Pavoniere!

However, a cheeky note, whole fruits for breakfast were a bit limiting—where are the fresh fruit bowls? Also, the lack of a lift was a hassle, and those pesky mosquitos could use some friendly repellent action. The bathroom could use a little facelift.

The Double or Twin Room was pretty comfortable and had charming decor, but the air conditioning could have been better. It was warm at times. The room overall was nicely sized, but without a lift, those stairs were a workout! Nice touches though, like the clean bathroom and the pleasant atmosphere. Staff were helpful, which made things smoother.
